- Salut ! Keep It Moving is back, but this time we're at The Loft for a House special ! Keep It Moving is over the moon to bring up and coming favourite of the French house scene Lazare Hoche to our shores. The 24 year-old Parisian producer and DJ is part of a new wave of French artists that are injecting new life into the house scene. Anyone who remembers the 'French Touch' of the noughties will know that the French do not mess around when it comes to producing slick groovy and sample based house with elements of disco and old Garage house. Lazare Hoche also mans his own label LHR releasing material from him and his friends, and most recently his own house production supergroup Mandar alongside Malin Genie and S.A.M. Latest release by them 'Peace Force' is out now. Lazare Hoche represents the true underground house scene you find when out clubbing in Europe. We suggest you don't miss out hearing Lazare open the vaults to his record collection when he lands at The Loft, we are too excités... We are also so pleased to have Lorca play at Keep It Moving for the first time! Having just been booked for Fabric in April with fresh new music on its way he's firmly cemented himself in Breach's Naked Naked gang, after a couple of solid releases. Last year's 'Naoko/Forgive Me Love' was one of our distinct favourites of the year. His range of intelligent and rustic house,from the same school as his friend Leon Vynehall, is pushing some of the UK's most interesting and innovative sounds.
