Flash highlights two artists from UK's sexiest deep-tech label, Toi Toi Musik featuring DJ sets from Audio Werner and label founder Voigtmann. Flash resident Navbox and Silence In Metropolis' Parker are on warmup, with Caleb L'Etoile and PHILCO manning Flash Bar.

AUDIO WERNER:
I am sure very little introduction is needed when one hears the name ‘Audio Werner’. With a history of house which spans over 2 decades, Andreas Werner has been a great contribution to underground electronic music not only as a producer and live performer but also as a Dj. Having created the label ‘Hartchef Discos’ with friends in 2004 he subsequently has produced many as unique as timeless releases. Since "Zwrtshak Drive" hit the clubs, Audio Werner started getting many requests to play DJ- and Livesets, many of the early ones in Berlin, a city he now calls home since. From then on he released not only on his own imprint Hartchef but also on the highly respected label Perlon with 'Onandon' / 'Base' in 2006 and later 'Couched' on the current 'Superlongevity' Compilation. Furthermore, his music can be found on labels such as Minibar, Hello?Repeat, or Story- just to name a few. His most recent output earlier in 2014 was a jazzy approach on dubby housemusic he released on Finest Hour Recordings was a huge success and the fact it was sold out in less than one week speaks for itself.
On the studio front Audio Werner has been constantly developing new inventive ways of creating and performing music. His latest live set up, which he played for the fist time at 'Get Perlonized' in Berlin once again led to many other sucessful performances around the world including Fabric in London, Rex in Paris and as far as Canada and Japan. He is widely and generally primarily known for his productions and live performances however, Djing came first, he has been collecting and mixing vinyl records since the early nineties.
VOIGTMANN:
Claus Voigtmann is the co-founder of London’s most underground and conceptual party, Toi.Toi.Musik. With sublime dedication to Djing and music production Voigtmann has patiently acquired the respect of his peers in what is considered to be remarkable achievements in such short time. That goes not only for his Dj sets at his very own Toi Toi in London but also Fabric, Rex Club, Off-Sonar parties, festivals, Berlin clubs such as Club Der Visionaere and many other warehouse parties and clubs but also by developing his production skills. Voigtmann is an artist with an ever increasing catalogue of knowledge, taste and skill, providing what appears to be a long road ahead of him. Claus is highly appreciative of the art of mixing and in love with his vinyl. An architect, designer, dj and electronic music producer he is fearless and defiant to trends and hype.
Intricately chosen depths, smooth, sensual, deep or raw and tough minimal and techno elements filter their way through a collage of powerful and provoking soundscapes. The effect is more than just dance worthy but a solid musical experience spun with clear technical competence. There is no such way to define what Claus produces when behind the decks, only that its intelligence and musical ability is always prominent and never dull. Claus is a regular on London and Europe’s circuit, having played at many established clubs and underground warehouse parties in London, Berlin, Ibiza, Geneva, Berlin, Nuremberg, Lithuania, Barcelona, Sao Paulo and so on. Only in 2014 he has done tours in North & South America and Japan passing through clubs such as The Panther Room / Output in NYC or D-Edge in Sao Paulo just to name a few.
Fiercely talent driven and with no compromise on quality, Toi.Toi has become one of London’s most respected and definitive nights within the city’s dance music realm playing host to Zip, Delano Smith, Sammy Dee, Audio Werner, Thomas Brinkmann, Move D, Mr G amongst many others.
Voigtmann's first releases out include 'DoEasy Records' - 5000 Shades of Grey EP - Remixed by SIT (Cristi Cons & Vlad Caia) which was out in March 2013 and on Assemble Music, his Anticlockwise EP remixed by Ion Ludwig just after Vera and Ricardo Vilallobos' release on the label. Voigtmann's latest releases include the long awaited Hello?Repeat release alongside Meander's Dewalta as well as a release on Yume Label remixed Fabric's Craig Richards.
