Originally formed back in 2004 by Prztz, Rafael Droors and Rod Sponja Jamanta Crew have been takin the house music world by storm of late with there exquisite production skills. Their music has been gaining huge respect from all corners of the globe from House music heavyweights like Derrick Carter, DJ Sneak, and Mark Farina and it’s easy to see why.
Their trade mark tough jackin’ beats and funky rhythms are renowned for the sheer energy they produce on dance-floors around the world. Their tracks never fail to cause anything less than total mayhem, Labels like Tango, Greenhouse, Good Family and Aroma Jacks have all been Spreadin’ the Jamanta Gospel and with Classic, So Sound and Mamma’s Home Cookin’ all releasing tracks from Prztz’s solo projects too, its no wonder they’re getting so much respect.
These guys really know how to put on a show! Their live PA featuring Prztz and Droors on laptops, keyboards and effects and featuring some of the collective’s freshest tunes as well as loads of as yet unreleased material has been blowing up clubs everywhere from Washington DC and Los Angeles to Kansas City, Belgium and London.
Here at Telefunken we are absolutely honoured to bring these guys and their live PA to Scotland for the first time, to say we are excited about it would be a massive understatement. This is a perfect follow up to our massive night in August with DJ Sneak. We hope you can join us for what will surely be another incredible night of top class house music.
