the name Stefan Jós first came to my attention through his split on Opal Tapes with Austin Cesear. i quickly noticed his penchant for two of my favourite musical themes: field recordings (his d. hansen output) and deep dubby techno/house (the Stefan Jós project.) this will be his first live appearance in TO and i can't wait to see what he's got for his live set.

Francesco De Gallo aka FDG - is another artist i've discovered via Opal Tapes. his output manages to bring together another two of my favourite kinds of sounds, abstract soundscapes, and deep house/techno. for this live set you can expect a deep, psychedelic and body-moving dancefloor experience.

scott was deejaying the first late night party i ever attended, a faktory party on noble street in early 2010, shortly after i moved downtown. since then we've shared a number of interests both within dance music and without so i'm happy to have him on the decks. he also recently self-released Ravine Dream, one of the best albums i've heard this year.
