After a summer of terraces and rooftops it’s time to dive back into the capital’s finest basements, arches and warehouses…First up, we’re taking on the mighty Corsica Studios, simply one of the best in the business.
Heading up the bill is an artist we’ve been supporting right from the start - and the boy has only gone and hit the stratosphere. Making a name for himself with a stunning string of releases on Black Butter Records, Kidnap Kid has since played the world over, including a formidable run of festivals, Ibiza dates and a recent release on Pete Tong’s FFRR imprint. Always an impressive selector, we can’t wait to see him weave his magic behind Room1’s hallowed decks.
Anyone who made it down to our party in May knows the deal with Sven Weisemann - coming over from Berlin, he laid down 4 of our favourite hours of music this year - so we thought we’d get him back for 6…just to make sure Corsica’s stunning system gets a proper work out (along with those dancing shoes).
Glaswegian party-starters MermaidS will be, well, getting the party started - leaving a wake of disco-infused carnage as they do best. Meanwhile, the hotly-tipped Bade Records crew are set to provide us with another incendiary showcase.
