This is the first LA appearance for the mysterious Mood Hut member, fresh off of a busy 2014 which included 2 releases on DC label Future Times, and a slot at Dekmantel Festival in Amsterdam - this year is shaping up to be even better for the pacific northwest resident
While little is known about the individuals that make up the Mood Hut collective, a steady outlet of records, mix tapes and live videos since its inception in 2012 speaks loud enough - artists such as Pender Street Steppers, Aquarian Foundation, Jack J and House of Doors have turned the ear of labels like PPU, Going Good, Opal Tapes and the aforementioned Future Times.
All of the Mood Hut members have carved out a solid foothold for the hazy, luscious and extremely geographically informed Vancouver house sound - we are more than excited to be hosting Hashman Deejay, we hope you are too
