After an extra busy year filled with parties and releases, we wanted to give 2015 the send off it deserves with one last Nofitstate get together! For this, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be returning to one of our favourite intimate warehouse space in Hackney Wick with three acts from the label as well as a very special guest.
We can’t reveal the venue or main headliner just yet but capacity will be strictly limited as we take over a much smaller space than the previous few parties. Advance tickets are strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
• D'Julz [Bass Culture Rec. | Ovum Rec.]
Whether it’s through his productions, radio shows, compilations, parties or club sets, D’Julz has been at the forefront of electronic music since his career first began back in 1992. A firm DJ and fan favourite alike, his ability to transcend genres and trends has seen him hold one of the most consistent levels of success of any modern-day DJ/Producer. A run of form that is at its strongest, today.
• Reset Robot [Truesoul | Nofitstate]
Reset Robot is a name that will be increasingly familiar to fans of dubbed-out, moody tech house all over the world. Having released a series of well-received tracks on key labels including Truesoul, Sci+Tec, Drumcode, Get Physical and Noir amongst others. Earlier this year, Dave’s remix of Together by Maximiljan stood strong in the Beatport charts for a few weeks and his follow up EP received outstanding support all around, so we’re delighted to finally have him play for us.
• Zoo Look [Tsuba Rec. | Nofitstate]
For the last few years, London based DJ and production duo Zoo Look have been pushing their unique brand of deep house and techno to the likes of Nofitstate, Tsuba Ltd, Defected and Dirt Crew to name a few. With regular dates across the the map, as well as a string of popular podcasts and mixes, Zoo Look have racked up a solid reputation for their selection and skills behind the decks as well as their studio work.
• Konkret Cutz [Not An Animal | Nofitstate]
Anglo-French duo Konkret Cutz came together to record in early 2014 after relocating to Berlin. Despite being a relatively new partnership, they’ve already developed a deeply emotive and driving sound which gained them serious attention from labels such as Join Our Club, Not An Animal, Tunnyl, LBL and of course Nofitstate. We look forwards to have them back once again on warmup duty!
