Palmbomen II Live (Beats In Space Records)
Kai Hugo is Palmbomen, Dutch producer and multi-instrumentalist with palette for the peculiar. Following the release of Moon Children through NON Records and inclusion on Kitsuné Maison Compilation 10, 2012 saw the full length debut Night Flight Europa. The LP's single "Stock" was remixed by Soulwax for the soundtrack of Grand Theft Auto V. Red Bull Music Academy, which invited Hugo as a participant in 2011, describes his work as "awash with the genetics of German pioneers like Supersempfft and Kraftwerk... [and] filters his love of Italo disco and proto house." Live visuals that include an array of LEDs and lasers complete Palmbomen's multi-sensory experience. After relocating to Los Angeles, Hugo has begun recording and touring his new solo side project Palmbomen II. The work, which draws more from early 80s house music, will see release on Beats in Space in 2015.

Montreal-based electronic artist Michael Silver makes music as CFCF, alternating frequently between the spaces of dance, ambient, pop, and neo-classical to explore our tactile relationship with the world we live in. His 2013 EP Music for Objects set out to romanticize the mundane ephemera of daily life, with each track named for a different commonplace object. He has performed at MoMA PS1 in New York, The Canadian Centre for Architecture in Montreal, and the Montreal Jazz Festival, as well as alongside artists such as Tim Hecker, Nils Frahm and Oneohtrix Point Never.
Leech Live (100% Silk)
Brian Foote, who is making his 100% Silk debut on February 11 as Leech, has been a noble fixture in left-field, ambient IDM projects: He had a long stint as Nudge, has done production work for both Zola Jesus and Grouper, and helps with operations at the longstanding Chicago indie label Kranky. Now, Foote transitions to an acid-soaked project that throws all of his influences at the wall, damned if they stick or not.
