On Point, Last Planet and The Business join forces to bring you something special: Rebirth
We have all been waiting patiently for the return of one man. Someone who has taken his style and imprinted it on the many genres he helped champion in the early 90’s up until now. A pioneer of the early pirate radio days, starting his own station, then eventually moving to the Legendary Rinse FM before it had the FM in the title. During the mid to late 90s he released some defining tracks of the era, mainly on DJ Hype’s True Playaz imprint. It has been several years since he last came to Toronto, but those that were there for his show at Mod Club, or System Soundbar before that, will never forget those nights. A true Pioneer, and a true Legend. A true Pioneer, and a true Legend, we are of course referring to the return of… ZINC.
With him is one of Toronto’s adopted sons, the people’s champion… KENNY KEN. What else can be said about him that hasn’t already been said? You know him well and you know that when you come to a party and Kenny is on the bill the place will be moving, start to finish. A Toronto regular since the 90’s, he has blessed the 416 with countless sets that have helped shape our sound and influenced many of our own DJs/Producers. His set at Mach One with Stevie Hyper D (RIP) will go down as one of the greatest in Toronto history. 25 Years in the game and still going strong, they do not build DJs like Kenny Ken anymore.
These two selectors will be accompanied by none other than the legendary FEARLESS. All eyes are on stage when Fearless touches down and we are looking forward to the vibe he brings every time.
