November 27th Deetron In every aspect of his career Deetron has been able to maintain his high level of quality; this includes production time on his own creations or even remix work that he has become known for in the studio, DJ sets at huge festivals down to the most intimate of clubs. The Swiss DJ’s story is not an uncommon one; through a love of hip-hop and witnessing awe-inspiring sets from greats of the time he then started the hard grafting process himself. 20+ years on Deetron is now at the position of authority within the scene of which he dreamt of getting to. The 36 year old is very unique in the fact that unlike many of his peers – he is not tied down to any particular label or group. This shows his strength in the game, as most would not be able to get to where they are without massive pushes from specific labels or events. Deetron is able to right his own rules, on his newest full-length album he scores crossover hits to the darkest underground sounds. Collaborating with everyone from Hercules & Love Affair to Seth Troxler to Ben Westbeech. Tribal Sessions’ Jozef K and Jim Rider are in support.
