Sat Oct 17 - The South London Soul Train continues it’s Autumn programme with another blistering combined 28 hrs of funk, soul, groove, disco and batu laced tunes across 4 floors at The CLF / Bussey. The SLST continuing it's twice monthly mission to seriously funk up your mind and body + force feed yoh soul with the best of times.
Level 1 - Your host with the absolute most aka JAZZHEADCHRONIC + special guest AJ Kwame [Incognito DJs] joined by SLST favourites and one of the hottest Brass Bands anywhere today - Heavyweight Brass-kateers, the absolutely righteous BRASSROOTS LIVE. Back to seriously tear the roof off the sucka! Again!!

Level 3 s’all about too damn hot SLST residents - Mukatsuku records Founder, the outstanding NIK WESTON and long standing DJ Partner and bad ass DJ HUW 72 taking you on another sublime gloablistic Safari across planet groove. Hunting down the tunes that matter and setting em on yehs. Beautifully savagely. Owwwww.
The South London Soul Train 4 Floor Line up completed by Basement Soul Bowl residents First Word Founder GILLA & SCRIMSHIRE [Wah Wah 45s]. Delivering the soul, the whole soul and nothing but the soul on 45 + More...... So you know - Basement also has a chill out area - A place to catch you’re breath between marathon stints on the dance floor. And with 4 dancefloors pumping all night long - believe us, you gonna need it.
The South London Soul Train - As always, all floors taking all passengers on a Non-Stop Magical Mystery Tour through all things Too Damn Funky. P-Funk to Jazz Funk, Soul Jazz to Rare Groove N’ Stax, Motown to Club Classics and Anthems.
However, Passengers are requested to check their Souls at the Station as this ones for good time party people only! No Bass Wobbles Here, Only Love, Funk and Souuuuuuuul.
Events runs 10pm - 5am on the 1st + 3rd Sat of each month with on-going specials. Admission £5/7/10 Adv from Ra or £12 OTD
NOTE: A MINIMUM OF 500 TICKETS ALWAYS AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR. However pls get there early as is always a roadblock, but once in it's well worth it :D
