  • After a sell out Hidden Door Festival Closing Party we are proud to be back with the official Human Resource Launch Party. Meet the residents for a brand new night of up front progressive house vibes and the latest in nightclub visual technologies brought to you by artists The Machine Elf and We Are Tall Order. This night is sure to be an interesting addition to Edinburgh's club scene. We Are Tall Order Two artists from Edinburgh that met in the City of Discovery in 2012 quickly became a friendship, then a brand, then a performance. Since then their music was quickly beeping on peoples radar and remix requests came from Warped Bridge Records and Ambizi. Already running their own group of record labels they were able to self publish their originals and debut album, "Cabin Fever" in all major download stores and dance music portals. With bookings for visuals and headline DJ slots from brands such as T in The Park, Coloursfest, Hidden Door Arts, Boiler Room, Tribal Pulse (Glasgow), Kelburn Garden Party and Shake Yer Shoulders, these boys are no strangers to rigging, performing and producing high quality audio visual content on a professional level. The Machine Elf Graeme's first residency was at the age of 18 in the Edinburgh based nightclub Noa (now The Castle Clvb) alongside Harlem & GU's Stu Hirst. Since then he has held various residencies across Edinburgh such as (Trafik, Burn, Aloneinthedark, Movement, Therapy, Club Michigan, TokyoBlu) and Glasgow (Tribaltronik). In 2007 he started his monthly online podcast on Podbean which has reached over 27,000 hits since it began adding 2 hour mixes of tripped out House and Techno. Graeme is currently working on his own tracks under his Machine Elf guise as well as continuing his monthly podcast and residency. The past 2 years has seen MacLean team up with two of his long time colleagues, Jay Storic (Zazoo, Rhythm Syndicate, Global Underground & Baroque) and Sound Spektrum boss Jason Hadlow. In November 2012 MacLean was confirmed as a weekly resident on Ayia Napa’s Castle Club Radio show. With the release of his debut collaboration with Jay Storic ‘Astral’ on Baroque Records, the next few years hold a lot of promise for one of Scotlands best kept secrets!
