After an extended absence the Movin’ House Crew are back on Friday July 29th 2005 to rock the floor of Candy’s Apartment, and the long awaited return of Toasted promises to be one of the hottest nights this winter !
To celebrate Toasted’s return, Movin’ House Entertainment are proud to present Jason Hodges direct from Canada !
The name Jason Hodges (Oomph, Aroma, AfterSchool, Sampled, Utensil, Amenti) represents the technical craft he pours into every production, with highly anticipated tracks being played and praised by the likes of Mark Farina, DJ Heather, Derrick Carter, DJ Raoul and Sneak, among other eminent House Music Pioneers around the world.
Hard-hitting beats with deep grooves have become the signature sound for Hodges whether in the studio or on the dance floors. With remixes and co-production on tracks such as the big number "Fix My Sink" with DJ Sneak, "Its You, It's Me" for Kaskade on Om, and additional production for the classic "Washing Machine" on Music For Freaks, Jason is commanding attention wherever he walks…
Hodges has teamed up with Big Chief DJ Sneak on co-production and remix work for many notable established artists. Hodges & Sneak (AKA "The Jizznackaz") have collaborated on a number of Sneak’s projects and records for Magnetic Recordings, as well as Sneak’s new imprint label Oomph Recordings. Sneak refers to Hodges as ‘the Kenny Dope of Toronto’ and is definitely one of Canada’s best-kept secrets.
To spin alongside this world class DJ, the Movin’ House boys have put together a solid lineup of some of Sydney’s hottest talent to get you nice and Toasted. In the front room Simon Caldwell, Mark Murphy, Jay Walker, Jools and Mr. Wendle will be toastin it up, while you can Boogie Down in the back room to the sounds of Nick Toth, Blaze and Regal.
