Known now as one of the worlds finest proponents of house and techno, always erring toward the deeper emotive side Patrice Scott and his label Sistrum Recordings are a mainstay of any DJ's record collection.
Releases such as Distance Against Time, Analog Dreams and Raw Fusion are classics in the realm of Detroit's convergence of deep house & techno.
Alongside his aptiptude for productions Scott is also one of the most indemand DJ's in the world and we are super humbled that he is taking the time to come and visit us in Sydney.
Alongside Patrice Scott we have some pretty amazing Supports;
Trinity (Live) - Sydney local and Berlin regular Trinity will be bringing her Detroit infused live set to Something Else. Trinity has performed at clubs such as Harry Klein in Munich and Berlin’s Studio R, and unveiled her live techno set in the basement at Berlin’s fabled techno hub, Tresor, in summer 2014.
As a DJ and Live Act, Trinity explores different influences and is renowned for her versatility, with her styles traversing Chicago house and Detroit techno along more dub techno soundscapes. Her most recent vinyl release on OOC records; Freefall, which includes remixes by Luke Hess and Stojche fuses her love of deep dubby detroit vibes and has been met with glowing reviews.
Warming up the room will be the super healthy pairing of B&H Smooth....bad for your lungs good for your dancing.
