It’s been a while since we first made the trip down to the Big Smoke all bright eyed and bushy tailed. It was an absolute pleasure hosting our first party in the capital with some of our nearest and dearest so we thought it best to pop back and say hello!
Heading up proceedings we welcome a past guest for us up north and an unbelievably suave selector, producer and general top lad, Kosta Athanassiadis AKA XDB! Kosta has provided us with some of the finest modern electronic music of our time over the last few years as his consistently broad outlook on dance music influences his ever-evolving output. Head honcho of Metrolux, and releasing on some seriously killer labels, such as Sistrum, Dolly, Echochord and more recently, Ferox, XDB always comes with the goods there is no denying that! It’s his sublime ear for rare electronic gems past and present that really drew us towards him in the first place though. A DJ for near on 25 years, and with a collection boasting over 10,000 slabs of wax ranging from the most beautiful electro and new wave to the most thunderous, sleek house and techno, you can understand why he is so revered amongst his peers.
Bringing the support we have yet another real tip top chap…Louche and Odd Socks affiliate JOSH TWEEK! We’re bringing him straight from the mean streets of Berlin for an extra special cameo appearance with a big bag of tricks in tow. As always with both of these characters you can certainly expect the unexpected, but rest assured that the music will be seriously high grade. It’s good to be back London!
