Easter Thursday has long been a tradition for secretsundaze and as usual we have a killer line up to boot. The party will be at Village Underground in the heart of Shoreditch. For those that don't know, Secretsundaze actually threw the very first party that ever took place in the venue back on a Sunday in 2006.
Ryan Elliott plays his first of 3 gigs for us in 2016 here – with another London date confirmed (TBA) and of course he plays for the second year in a row at our party at Sonar too. Ryan is without doubt one of the most consistent DJs we have heard, able to play regularly across both Panorama Bar and Berghain and move between house and techno with ease. He has released some dope 12's on Ostgut Ton and remixed the likes of Mr Tophat and Art Alfie and we are looking forward to hearing his debut LP for Ostgut later in 2016.
We give a high five to our second guest who makes her secretsundaze debut – K-HAND. Known to many as Kelli Hand, Kelli has been in the game for many years releasing some seminal 12's as far back as 1992 on her own imprint Acacia records as well as the likes of Warp and K7. Nina Kraviz has connected with her of late, with Kelli both touring and releasing on Nina's Trip imprint. Her sound is funked up house and techno and we're looking forward to hear her rock secretsundaze.
Our 3rd guest is East London hero Jane Fitz. Jane made her secretsundaze debut last summer and we have been keen to get her back since. She is a consumate DJs DJ able to play across the board from ambient to deep house to UK garage. Her sets at the likes of Freerotation have become the stuff of legend.
Secretsundaze are ever present as residents and with 15 years of experience playing to a home crowd their sets are highly anticipated.
So the scene is set for another great Easter Thursday party.
