As Rhondapolis builds four custom discotheques, each packed with world class selectors, the attendees all become a living part of the metropolis, taking over not only the communal spaces but also all of the hotel's 207 rooms, which can only be reserved by Rhonda revelers, making the entire property the domain of the citizens of Rhondapolis.
