The season begun and we want to invite you to explore 2 floors and various styles with us.
With proto:life a new event series is born and will represent the raw side of house.
Therefore, we invited PABLO MATEO. Responsible for the Roxy EP on his homebase LACKREC, he emerged himself as a favorite in many djs recordsbags and represents the sound of the label which can be rough and deep at the same time. After stopping by on labels such as Kann, Curle or Oliver Havenbauers Die Orakel he just recently got the pleasure to release a remix for Nick Höppner on Ostgut Ton as part of the supergroup Liit. On this evening we expect to witness parts of his musical bandwidth, as he will also bring his MPC with him.
LEIBNIZ will follow this approach and will provide the live set of the evening. The young Leipzig based producer got our attention on this years Nachdigital. He got himself already in place on Uncanny Valley Sublabels Ralf Life and Shtum and managed to attract the interest of some critics. Also on board will be ELISABETH who managed to build a solid fanbase in recent years with sets played on Nachtdigital and several clubs around berlin while offering a wide range of styles. KLEX will open the series and night and prepare for upcoming events.
In Bertrams we will offer a mix of upcoming and experienced representatives of Techno. Nrthrn_Mvmnt
The first will be MARY VELO. The Toronto-born artist is gaining her energy from the capital since many years now, which she also expressed through releases on Frozen Border, Semantica or Gynoid Audio. However you highlight Mary you have to underline her ability to bring even this knowledge to the dancefloor and the people, which she knows to proof from the beginning of her arrival in all pilgrim sites of Berlin. Perseverance presupposed!
Furthermore we invite LEIRAS for the second time into our round. This fellow from Spain is a special one for us. He was responsible in March this year for the longest closing for about 6h in the basement. We are gushing delighted to have him again sharing his passion for the music.
The debut on this night will be ELAD MAGDASI, who already got the attention of the scene through his releases on Front Left Records.
The perfect round is getting completed with this one unknown swede MYFEMININESIDE, who could be the surprise for the one or the other.
