- We are excited to welcome Ilian Tape founders Zenker Brothers to Missing Persons Club for an all night set! That's right, they'll be playing from start to finish: 11pm - 3am! Their debut album "Immersion" released in February 2015 showcases beats saturated in disorienting atmospherics, but there's an upbeat drive across the entire album. Take "Innef Runs" and "TSV WB." Both are dense and deep, without any obvious hooks. Coupled with the brothers' deft (and somehow German-sounding) sequencing, however, they become bombs. This precise pacing is part of what makes the Zenker Brothers so good at what they do. Munich based brothers Dario and Marco have been plying their trade for some time now but really seem to have hit a new high with their hugely stylish take on the techno sound. Raw, potent yet still refined and classy their music has appeared on the likes of Berlin techno royalty Tresor and Will Bankhead's leftfield gem Trilogy Tapes, and we can't wait for their Glasgow debut at MPC!
