After three years in the game, we felt it was time to make some changes to he branding – now armed with a fresh new logo, here’s a big fresh line-up to get things started! This is your official invitation to join Aeroplane for a special, 2 hour, funk & boogie set in London! Take a journey back in time and experience the roots of the music Aeroplane is known for today in an intimate club setting. Of course, this isn’t all. With remixes for the likes of Justin Timberlake, Charlie XCX, Mystery Skulls and more under his belt, Aeroplane has seen great successes in the disco/house scene he operates within. Now he is here to showcase where his love all began with a special 2 hour funk & boogie set! Enjoy. ▬ Moullinex (live) [Discotaxas] Enter Moullinex (live) as the full band guide are here to guide you through musical influences from soul, funk, garage rock, Brazilian music and psychedelia, meeting an array of synths bursting with nostalgia for the future whilst keeping a cajoling eye on the dancefloor. ▬ Moulinex b2b Xinobi [Discotexas] Label mates and good pals Moullinex & Xinobi will be joining forces to deliver a 2nd ever UK and STFD b2b DJ set! Specialists at getting crowds to move their bodies, the pair will be rocking London as they navigate through various genres and contexts equally well for a special 2 hour b2b showcase. ▬ Le Family Club [Defected / Rinse FM] Revealed to the scene with a remix released in 2013 on both EdBanger and Defected records, the discreet french duo (a.k.a Rélio & Ju) have spent years working with self-taught producing and curating parties in France. They then moved to England, working on tracks mixing worldwide infused disco grooves with smooth analog drums, House keyboards and Techno spirit embracing a happy dance club vibe. ▬ Get To Know [Love & Other / Cr2] Get To Know music could be described as Future Boogie music - a futuristic take on the post-Disco 80s Boogie sound, blending real instruments and synthesisers and funk infused synth bass with elements from Deep House and Indie. His most recent magical remix for Blinkie has been raking in the support including air-play from the legendary Annie Mac!
