Hidden Agenda & Subject with Red Bull Music Academy bring a very special lineup to District 8 featuring Jackmaster and a live performance by Fatima Yamaha on Saturday, 20th February.
RBMA alum Jackmaster, has become one of the most highly rated DJ’s, renowned for his unpredictable selections. His popularity is based solely on his DJ’ing alone - a rarity in today's times. Usually your favourite DJ is actually your favourite producer but with Jack there's no confusion - he is simply one of the best at his craft.
Joining Jackmaster will be a very special live performance by Dutch producer Bas Bron aka Fatima Yamaha. The curious tale of Fatima Yamaha started in 2004 with a release on Irish label D1 Records. The "A Girl Between Two Worlds" EP, featuring "What's A Girl To Do?", was released to little fanfare.
The Red Bull Music Academy has been hosting and pairing the best of Irish and international legends and emerging beatsmiths for nearly 20 years in cities such as Berlin, Cape Town, Melbourne, Barcelona, Rome, São Paulo, London, Tokyo and New York City. This unique combination of old school knowledge and new school sounds is unrivalled for its creative exploration and achievement.
