- Returning to Room One tonight is Hot Creations boss Jamie Jones. It always feels like a kind of homecoming when he comes back to our EC1 basement after we’ve witnessed his rise on the back of his tech house based, groove laden aesthetic. Also performing on the night is Mathew Dear with his seminal techno moniker, Audion. On the eve of a new album project, seminal is a word that rings strong with all Audion productions with tracks like ‘Mouth To Mouth’ and ‘Kisses’ still holding cold hard classic status. They’ll join Craig Richards and his own far ranging electronic emissions on the bill. Taking over Room Two are the bastions of techno, EPM, who are set to mark 15 years in operation as a leading promotions company and party turned record label and distributor. With strong alliances with many key figures in the fold they’ve invited a handful of them along for their celebration. First up is the Detroit pioneer Robert Hood while Berghain resident Marcel Fengler, Los Angeles talent Esteban Adame & Houndstooth’s own House of Black Lanterns will also be in tow.
