With primal animal performances through the night, expect surprises. Costumes strongly encouraged, those who come dressed the part will be pulled further into the wilderness.
The inaugural Bklyn ZU welcomes Detroit protege Dantiez Saunderson, heir to KMS records legacy. Just 21 years old, this bright young star is the son of Kevin Saunderson, one of the Belleville 3, heralded as the creators of techno.
A stacked offering of local support in the main room comes with Joeski, who is releasing The Blue Bus on Maya Recordings late February and has a new radio station on Pioneer's new network.
Kimyon, label boss at Metroplex Records has a remix on the label's next release and also on Crosstown Rebels, both collaborations with Juan Atkins.
Heather Heart has been active again, back on the scene representing The House Cartel handles opening duties to round out the main room. Expect a very high musical standard from these New York veterans, all known for their musical prowess and party rocking abilities.
The front room has Freddie Framboise, Fabi Jugo and Dao playing tunes all night long.
A portion of proceeds from all Bklyn ZU events will be donated to a local animal rescue, giving life and a voice to our friends on the animal kingdom that always need help.
