- Sublimate is proud to present another stacked lineup – on Friday, March 25th we welcome DJs October, Patricia, and Reade Truth. October is packing heat from Bristol with an eclectic approach as a selector of UK styled sounds that mesh beautifully with the Sublimate aesthetic. His off-kilter take on house and techno is sure to send the dancefloor into liftoff. No slouch as a producer, his new album on Skudge is garnering massive critical acclaim alongside excellent releases on 'TANSTAAFL' and Aus. He is also longtime resident of the well-regarded Freerotation festival. From somewhere deep in a mess of modular synth patch cables, Patricia emerges to share one of the best live hardware sets around today. He’s been making big waves with releases on L.I.E.S., Opal Tapes, and Spectral Sounds. An artiste at Brooklyn’s Control modular shop, Patricia lives and breathes signals, control voltages, and logic conditions, a fact that comes across in his celebrated live set. New York native Reade Truth has been rocking the decks since 1990. Known as a DJ’s DJ, he consistently provides dance floors with intelligent, innovative, and often edgy selections delivered with style. One of New York's early pioneers of techno and DJ culture, Reade Truth is an integral part of the city's techno history. Emerging on the scene in 1990, he has held residencies at clubs including Limelight, Building, and Pyramid and production releases on Direct Drive, Planet E, Strictly Rhythm, and Sonic Groove. This old school head promises to teach us young’uns at the church of Sublimate a thing or two about irresistible jack. Sublimate residents Turtle Bugg, Faso, and Sagotsky round out the bill.
