Welcome to the first of three specially-curated summer events taking place in Liverpool’s best outdoor spaces at the heart of the Baltic Triangle. Last year’s Open Air programme was the start of something special and having produced two of our most memorable parties of the year at Constellations, we’re back for 2016 with a bang at the same space.
• tINI •
No introduction needed. A complete professional with an astounding touring programme - tINI is one of the most in-demand DJs around. We all witnessed just what she’s capable of at her first appearance back in November 2014 and so we’re made up to have her back to open the summer in style.
tINI’s commitment to pushing the best rising artists from around the world as well as established friends through tINI And The Gang is possibly her most admirable attribute - however make no mistake; this is an artist at the top of her game in her own right and someone that impresses us more and more as time rolls on. An amazing selector and a queen of electronic music no doubt.
• Julietta •
Another super-talented female hailing from the German city of Munich, Julietta is an accomplished DJ and is co-founder of Harry Klein Records. A groove-based techno and house style with deep and dubby elements has earned her a regular place at our favourite clubs and parties and we’re honoured to host her debut performance in Liverpool.
• Funk E & Piticu •
These are two artists that have been around the Romanian techno scene for years - holding equal and varying qualities that we felt would make for a brilliant addition to this lineup.
Funk E is both accomplished behind the booth and in the studio - having been a resident at The Zoo Project since 2008 and releasing on reputable labels including Raum Muzik, Kurbits, Desolat and All Inn. Being based out of Ibiza during recent years has allowed him to push his deep and groovy sound to the international community each summer and we’re excited to have him join us in May.
Piticu is another prolific DJ with an impressive backlogue of performances - with the focus being on native locations like Guesthouse, Eden, Cluj-Napoca and the imitable Sunwaves. However he has also been invited to the likes of Closer, Club der Visionaere and ARMA 17 over the years to name a few - which is a testament to his sophisticated DJ style and ear for deep and melodic arrangements.

Joining our esteemed guests will be Brennan, Flemo, Nerram and Sam Power with a range of warm ups across both spaces. As ever - the local guys will be on top form and we’re luck to have them, so please show your support and arrive early to the party.
