SUMS: Kangding Ray + Barry Burns (Mogwai) Merlin Ettore - Compartir
- The collaboration between two artists who represent the worldwide musical panorama: raster-noton’s gem Kangding Ray and Mogwai’s guitarist and keyboardist BARRY BURNS, will be followed on stage by double the third generation percussionist Merlin Ettore. The production commissioned by Berlin Atonall is experimental electronic music and post-rock and aims to present a perfectly blended musical landscape. Electronic music is the actor which will perform in front of seated public: Electropark Exchanges is in fact based on this combination as an educational project of avant-garde music. A more traditional scheme which focuses on performances by international artists that bring on stage instruments and machines, polluting space with cross- breedings between electronic music and jazz, post-rock and classical music. 3 concerts, 3 European productions of live shows, 3 research collaborations between musicians, producers amongst what’s best in contemporary music and young experts.
