- COCOON IBIZA AMNESIA 26th September 2016 18. The one before the last and perhaps we got confused a bit this season with 19 shows in the oven because this one is so huge it feels almost like a Closing party. Perhaps it is fitting that we end such an extraordinary season with two really fantastic happenings Last week another huge crowd were in place to soak themselves in a really brilliant Guy Gerber set followed by Sven just tossing the terrace around with lovely gusto. Not only that but Dana Ruh was on form and then Sonja Moonear. Stunning. Nina Kraviz was large right until the close - and in the nicest sweatiest possible way. So you are not going to believe this penultimate : ON THE TERRACE : RICARDO VILLALOBOS It has been entrancing and also spectacular to see and hear Ricardo this season presenting something we honestly believe you cannot hear anywhere else. Why? Because this is Ibiza history and this is Ricardo Villalobos on the terrace and this is Cocoon and this is something unlike any other gig. He knows it, we know it and we are pretty sure you know it. LUCIANO And here comes the reason this is even more special. Nothing much more to say about this legend, just don’t ask us how this is going to develop when two Chilean brothers are sharing the same stage. We have no idea. Luciano has had another huge year and we just rejoice that we and they are all going to be together tonight. There might be quite a lot of togetherness. There might be an awful lot of love in the air... But one more thing ALEX & DIGBY We first got wind of these two fellows when they popped up from nowhere to appear on Svens superb “Sound of the Season” compilation. He knew, we did not but we did know we wanted to find out more about these tigers. And so we tracked them down and may we suggest you arrive ridiculously early tonight for a variety of reasons that should include Alex and Digby on their first show for Cocoon IN THE CLUB: ADAM BEYER So delighted that Adam has become such a part of this Cocoon growing up phase and last week of course he popped over to the terrace and did it again. A totally different set, an amazing ride and he is far from finished dear friends. You have tonight and our closing party to savour sets from a man who is completely on fire and seems to be operating on another level. tINI And a mighty fine way to prepare yourselves for the Tall One. Her star keeps rising and it must do because her shows at Cocoon this year have been outstanding. This is the last one so please do not miss it DORIAN PAIC Not much more we can say about Dorian, we have gone on and on about his taste and effortless sets and he is one of those guys that gets even us “seen it all” soldiers down to the Club early for some classy behaviour Number 18 and a line-up worthy of any situation anywhere ever. We are very proud of this 17th year of Cocoon and very happy that you agreed and joined us in such numbers. You voted with your dancing feet. Thank you Together we define the dance floor COCOON
