The first boat of three boat parties, complete with kaleidoscopic decor by Pao Lopez of the RUMORS crew, embarks on the New York Harbor June 25th, with some real heavy-hitters behind the wheels. Israel’s Chaim, perhaps best known for his addictive solo smash “Love Rehab” or his production on “Angels” with P. Diddy, is a longtime collaborator of Guy Gerber’s and a member of Ellen Allien’s BPitch Control stable. His style blends the textures of underground house with the melodic flavors of new wave and pop music. Frank & Tony are the masterminds behind the Brooklyn electronic label Scissor & Thread as well as top-notch producers in their own right, revered for their unforgettable sets in Output’s Panther Room. And London’s Russ Yallop makes a stop on his world tour, hot off some keynote sets at Extrema Festival and Brighton Music Conference.
