Winner of the ‘Best Communication’ category at the Portugal Festival Awards in 2014, and after a sold out second edition, LISB-ON is a mandatory event for all music lovers who cherish and live the spirit of celebration and discovery.
From chill out to techno, disco, house, jazz, soul, funk and electronic pop, with DJs and concerts, LISB-ON showcases Portuguese and international artists, revealing talent and promoting contact between up and coming artists and well-known heroes.
The premiere welcomed names like Roy Ayers, Carl Craig, Moodymann, Dâm-Funk, Tiger & Woods or Isolée. In 2015, Todd Terje, Jazzanova, Nicolas Jaar, Nina Kraviz, Palms Trax and Michael Mayer were some of the names in the line up.
After the performances, the night follows with many venues round town working in association with the festival and allowing the crowd to keep going all night at different places round the city, including clubs, pubs, hotels, art galleries, shops, hostels and restaurants, each one providing different programs for the festival´s three nights.
The perfect location, a beautiful garden in the centre of the city, the concept, culture and experience itself make this festival a special event in any capital.
