Founded in 1996 by charismatic DJ and producer Chris Manak AKA Peanut Butter Wolf, Stones Throw Records has been responsible for some of contemporary music’s landmark releases by an illustrious cast of hip-hop artists. To celebrate 20 years of the legendary Los Angeles imprint, we’ve invited Peanut Butter Wolf to gather up an all-star lineup and throw Sydney a hip hop party in true Stones Throw style: Prepare yourself for sets from Beat Junkies founder and renowned turntablist J Rocc, beatmakers Mndsgn and Katalyst and a label retrospective closing set from Peanut Butter Wolf himself.
