- As if the plethora of Chicago heavyweights already gracing the Jackathon weren’t enough, Englewood’s Mike Dunn heads up the bill for the seventh date of the series alongside New York vocalist Kim Ann Foxman. Responsible for the classic anthem ‘Dance You Mutha’ along with modern releases ‘God made me Phunky’ and ‘Phreaky MF’ on Phil Week’s Robsoul Records, Mike stands today as a true House pioneer and originator. With an arsenal of records spanning Soul, Funk, Disco and House he’s guaranteed to keep high energy on the dance floor until the early hours. In addition to the mighty Mike, Kim Ann Foxman joins the roster to help rock the club with her NY style. After parting ways with her Neo-Disco troupes of 'Hercules' and 'Love Affair', Kim Ann Foxman brings us her own label Firehouse. If the name’s anything to go by, be assured this DJ will be blazing on the decks.
