ONE CITY: A FESTIVAL FUNDRAISER FOR PEACE
ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
Paradigm and Collaboraction Theatre Company present One City - a festival bringing together Chicago artists to raise awareness and funds to unify and increase the peace in Chicago. One City will feature a line-up of peace activists and Chicago musicians along side theatrical elements from Collaboraction's Peacebook Festival. This one-of-a-kind peace party takes place in a unique urban open air setting in the heart of Chicago and includes an air condioned VIP studio. All the proceeds of the event will go to Collaboraction Theatre Company's peace-focused work, including their youth programs and The Peacebook Festival, a touring festival of theatre, dance, spoken word and music about Peace in Chicago as a part of the Chicago Park District's Night Out in the Parks program.

ONE CITY is a private event produced by Paradigm Presents, Collaboraction, and Desert Hearts, for donors of Collaboraction's Peace of the Solution Campaign, which supports the city-wide PEACEBOOK Festival and Collaboraction's annual programming. A $20 donation gets you an invite to ONE CITY and a donation of $100 or more gets you a PREMIUM invitation. Collaboraction is a 501c3 non-profit organization.

Space Stage Studios & Courtyard -- Unique urban outdoor terrace and air-conditioned indoor studios, all located in the heart of West Town, 459 N. Wolcott.
ABOUT COLLABORACTION / PEACEBOOK
Collaboraction, Chicago’s social issue-driven contemporary theatre, is launching PEACEBOOK, a new collaborative city-wide festival of theatre, dance, music, visual art and spoken word – all focused on cultivating peace in Chicago – as part of the Chicago Park District’s Nights Out in the Park program.
Collaboraction created PEACEBOOK as a way to engage new artists, audiences and communities in creating and sharing art that envisions a more peaceful Chicago. Each PEACEBOOK performance is a fast-paced collection of seven diverse, world premiere pieces of theatre, dance and spoken word, each seven minutes or less, uniting Chicago artists citywide, and creating real connections with Chicagoans in communities around the city.
