Optimo are mind-melters. Whether they're behind the decks or in the studio, their anything goes attitude mixes up techno, electro, rock and other assorted records out of leftfield. The DJ duo of Twitch and Jonnie Wilkes started their club night at the Sub Club in Glasgow in 1997 which became one of the most successful long-running leftfield nights in the world. They stopped the club nights in 2010, but almost 20 years later they're still DJing together and are taking the party to the world.
When Lena Willikens spins records she likes to let her self go in the name of dance and free thought. Her unforeseeable selections are pooling obscure proto-techno, jacking spirits, industrial boogie, synthesized disco, raw house and other outernational rhythms. The dedicated member of the Cómeme records tribe is taking over the Bad Room, joined by Good Room residents and WT Records founder Willie Burns.
