Focussed on exposing the plethora of Australian talent currently in the mix, our aim is to provide a platform for emerging talent to release their unreal music, AND to throw some authentic, eccentric parties along the way! From the moment Hubert Clarke Jr’s debut EP, Al Dente, slid inside our ears, we knew we had to book him for a show. The Sydney producer is fast earning a name for himself domestically and abroad for both his productions and his performances, and hearing track ‘Berry’ that first time, it was easy to see why. In the process of opening a record store in Sydney, it’s evident Hugh’s bursting vinyl collection acts as a muse to his productions, which are varied and eclectic in their aesthetic. With a stellar original due out in the coming months on Wolf, this young producer’s star is definitely being noticed for all the right reasons.
Expect soulful vocal cuts and groove, expect disco influence.
Expect to be kept guessing,

++ WARREN RAWW ++
Raw by name and nature, Warren’s earthy, grainy sounds make for an authentic listening experience. A respected regular on the Adelaide scene, he released EP ‘Ross’ in June as a 12” vinyl on label Natural Sciences; three soft, upbeat house music tracks with plenty of raw kicks and dreamy melodies, and one downtempo beauty to round it out. We’re likely to hear some funk influence swinging through his sets and our bodies as the night goes on.
