Developer is one of the few DJ/producers to remain active after emerging from the Los Angeles techno scene in the early 1990s. Having done his time in in NYC as well, he learned the skills of the trade and established himself as one of the most prominent techno artists on the west coast. Developer gained much of his acclaim and extensive performance history from his strong mixing and programming skills, as well as his uncanny ability to play 40-60 records per hour on three turntables with effect processor and sampler. His travels have taken him far and wide this year - from Columbia to Berghain to Moscow and all the way back. Developer also runs his own label, Modularz, which boasts a wealth of releases from Developer himself as well as some of the best names in techno - Truncate, Oscar Mulero, Stanislav Tolkachev, Terrence Dixon, psyk, and many more.
We’re proud to have one of NYC’s best techno DJs rounding out this lineup - Mary Yuzovskaya. The Moscow-born, Brooklyn-based DJ is a unique phenomenon within the scene and a force to be reckoned with. A ballerina with a classical background and a degree in piano performance, Mary became a versatile electronic music DJ over a decade ago. After gracing the decks at all of Moscow’s hotspots, she moved to Berlin in 2009, and then settled in NYC in 2013, inspired by the city’s endless energy and music-friendly environment. She has since established herself here as a natural-born DJ - mixing vinyl with style, grace, and lightness.
