Dutch masetro Tom Trago stops by Something Else this November to share with us his record collection with our dancefloors.
After having his debut single, “Live With The BBQ”, signed to prolific label Rush Hour back in 2006, Trago has been on a run of outsanding releases including some of our favs the disco infused “Use Me Again” released again on Rush Hour in 2009 and 2016s quirky off kilter tech house floor filler “Brutal Romance” on Dekmantel.
With a record bag with selections as varied as his productions Tom Trago will take us on a journey of disco, house, synth funk, Detroit techno and more.
But the rest of the line up for this one is really Something Else....
Supports in the now infamous #Burdocage include, House lover and head of Sydney's “Refuge” record label, Oscar de Lima, Vinyl afficardo and general gentleman of good taste Marley Sherman, and closing out the night returning from wandering the globe is Something Else resident James Rogan.
Meanwhile we have Something Else that's also rather brilliant happening in the dugout..... new local collective / record label / djs of high standards; Menial Arts join us for their first dig at the dugout, and then there's our favorite dreadlocked celler dwelled; Brosnan Perera.
