We are back in action with one of our favourite bookings so far! Expect to be surprised with a night full of delights of the techno, electro and breakbeat spectrum!
Traffic Records have been one of our crew's favourite labels for a while now and their records are never far away from the bag! Their crew is based in Offenbach, Germany and consists of Bodin, Jacob and Julian Chenaux, Patrick Klein and our next guest Martyné. The label also runs a semi-regular night of the same name at Frankfurt's legendary Robert Johnson, and judging from the quality of their sound design and mixdowns, it seems they're used to hearing tracks in high-fidelity. With a string of quality releases and various remixes in prestigious labels like Be Chosen Records Official, Martyné has gained the attention of the musicheads for his well crafted tunes that are a perfect balance of house deepness, electro intensity and breakbeat groove.
It is a real honour to also have on board the label owner of an Alien Recordings and part of the A² duo that has released some of the best breakbeat/electro tracks of the early 2000's. Some of their releases on Groovepressure and their own label have gained a cult status with prices rising up to 100 euros for a record. True to their ethos and love about music, they decided to repress these records and have also hit the studio once again to produce tracks for labels as Traffic Records and Slow Life. We can't wait to listen to some oldschool delights from the man himself, his record collection is a treasure!
Warming up our residents CMYK and pekkuliar will do a special b2b session to get things started! Come early and support your local deejays! The entrance will be 3 euros up to 1:30, so that is also an added bonus for all you early birds! ;)
With the end of the party we will move to our secret location afterparty where our residents Rubi ツ and Alexandre Mac-Lean will team up with Martin Noise and some of our favourite local talents to continue till the late morning hours in a more intimate environment, perfect for after parties! No rules, no problems... Details will be published very soon! ; )

THIS SIDE UP is a new movement in Barcelona, dedicated to electronic music events with particular attention to detail to ensure a unique experience.
We believe electronic music is a vital cultural movement of our generation, a communication channel and constant learning by which we seek to convey a message of respect, commitment and of course plenty of dancing...

Events are for everyone with a friendly attitude! We love everyone with an open mind and a positive vibe. However, we reserve the right to refuse anyone with the wrong attitude since we want to protect a special atmosphere at our parties - make sure to wear a smile! :)
