The legendary My Nu Leng & M8s party lands at our Charterhouse hub, with My Nu Leng heading the proceedings. Having recently put out the absolute smasher ‘What You Feel’ following an impressive world tour, My Nu Leng come to Room One with Dread MC in tow to showcase the bass-led sound they cemented for us on their very own edition to our mix series in last year’s FABRICLIVE 86 album.
Also touching down is Logan Sama showcasing his refined grime sound alongside Footsie. The rest of the night will then be taken care of by MNL’s closest friends and allies teaming up for an unprecedented back-to-back session. Lobster Boy icon New York Transit Theory arrives to drop some bass-weighted electro heat in a one-off showdown with Swamp81 affiliate Benton bringing his crates of jungle-informed bass music. Also touching down is Rinse FM stalwart Tom Shorterz alongside bass house aficionado Pete Graham, while Sheffield hero Deadbeat UK goes head-to-head alongside rising star of the bassline scene Killjoy to round off our Room One bill.
Room Two is hosted by Soul in Motion, the underground party and key flagbearers of London’s drum & bass scene. As curators of Soul in Motion and longstanding D&B stalwarts, Need For Mirrors and Bailey land to test out our Pioneer Pro rig alongside a string of guests. Fittingly in keeping with the party’s ethos, Need For Mirrors and Bailey invite a wealth of drum & bass heritage to head up the bill. Purveyor in fierce D&B and owner of the key imprint Commercial Suicide, Klute lands in the building to play back-to-back with Metalheadz veteran Doc Scott. Room Two is finally rounded off by Bristolian Krust and Narratives Music duo Blocks and Escher to see out a full-on affair at 170BPM.
