Yo, Manchester, trusting all you party people had a banging Christmas. We are back and will be kicking off the New Year properly on Thursday 9th February in the basement of Joshua Brooks. We are bringing down Glasgee boy Big Miz and the illusive Al Zanders to get the ball rolling for the year ahead.
Known for releasing some of the hottest EP’s on DABJ in the past couple of years, including his Midnight Man Handle EP featuring the formidable ‘Good Thing’ as well as hails from the likes of Jackmaster and Jasper James, Big Miz continues to prove that he is an exciting talent emerging in the industry. With mix’s recorded on Boiler Room and Meine Nacht, he is proving his worth and becoming increasingly popular each day. Expect uplifting and menacing dance-floor anthems from the young Glaswegian.
Whether you know him as label boss Al Zanders or Lodger, you will know that his productions are tight. With often few and far between each release, he goes off the radar and can only be found at intimate events or festivals alike including Gottwood festival. The Wolf music artist loves to explore a wide range of fields in his sets, bringing a high tempo, which will not fail to keep you on the dance-floor. We are looking forward to having him with us on this one.
