This Is It Forever is proud to present: Pye Corner Audio and worriedaboutsatan. A night of atmospheric electronica from two of the UK’s premier exponents of dark, twisted electronic music.
Pye Corner Audio evokes everything from the radiophonic workshop, to pastoral folk, to gurgling krautrock arpeggiated synthesiser music, channeled through a vast array of vintage electronic instrumentation, creating an other-wordly, immersive sonic world.
worriedaboutsatan are a Yorkshire based electronica band who incorporate swirling ambient melancholia, skyscraping post-rock guitar atmospherics, and pounding slo-mo techno.The band has always retained a strong DIY ethos, and pride themselves on being very much a live act, rather than just another electronic project with a laptop. They’ve so far shared stages on tours and supports with a diverse array of musicians, such as Underworld, Ólafur Arnalds, 65daysofstatic, Tim Hecker, and many more.
