SIMON BEESTON hails from New Zealand and is one of a select group of producer and DJs from his home country to have achieved success in Europe and around the world in the field of dance music. Influenced by house, techno and electronica, it would be difficult to put his music into any one category, but his tracks always have both feet on the dance floor, an irresistible groove and a unique array of samples and sounds. As a DJ, Simon plays a bionic mix of tech house, deep house and techno, full of subtle musical hooks and crunchy percussion. His innate ability to programme a set from peak time to rolling grooves never fails to keep dancers on the floor.
He has played in clubs all over Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and, of course, at home in Berlin, where he has rocked the floors of Panorama Bar, Watergate, Bar25, Katerholzig, Arena Club, Goldengate and almost every other hot spot in the world’s capital of electronic dance music. Simon’s music has found its way all around the world with the help of several respected record labels and wide international DJ support. He has released tracks and remixes on labels like Thoughtless Music, Highgrade Records, Freizeitglauben, District of Corruption, Nordik Net, Cimelde Records, Igloo, Supdub and Microzoo. After ten years in Berlin, Simon is now back in his hometown of Auckland, New Zealand.

MILKY AKA Matt Sweetman, hails from a small town in New Zealand named Auckland. Since a young age he has been surrounded by musical family and friends, including his influential DJ brother Paul (Phully), and as an intrinsic musician has never been far from a piano. Over the years Matt has developed a taste for a multitude of genres, but in 2014 he followed his heart to Berlin, Germany, where he began exploring the city of techno. This led to the natural next step of producing his own sound, and forming collaborations with artists such as Emerson Todd. Eventually returning to New Zealand with the sound of Europe in his ears, he began DJing in bars and clubs in his hometown. It was here at home that he found himself playing events including Prana NYE 15, AUM NYE 16 and Shipwrecked. His own productions of groovy, melodic and deep tech house are often heard when he is behind the decks, and as fresh and upcoming as he is, big things can be expected from Milky in the very near future, so stay tuned!

CLEVER BOX are Marcus Morgan & Rachael Sabin who came together as musical soulmates over a year ago and they were delighted to find their individual styles melding together to form a sexualised melodrama of electronic soul, set against a backdrop of warm, lush deepness, caressing and flirting with many flavours of house and techno. Drawing on their many combined years of DJing, performance, vocal work and music production experience, Marcus and Rachael have now created a live, sensuous house act, pulsing with the lyrical magic that is… Clever Box.
