- After the sell out success of our summer opening party (Mixmag's words not ours!) with Beste Modus' Cinthie & the infectious Willers Brothers, APWU keeps on trucking. We are back on the rooftop for the final soiree of the summer. On Bank Holiday Sunday we will be back to close off the summer in style. We've invited back one of our favourite Frenchman, Mr.KS. For those of you who were at APWU at The Edition Hotel a few years ago will know what a treat you are in for, with his infectious French grooves. He's one of the nation’s most exciting breakthrough French artists is Mr KS (AKA Jean-Pierre Baroni), a producer and DJ from the south of France who announced his arrival on the world stage with a debut EP on ( djebali ) presents. In the three years since that release he has continued to impress (we've followed him all the way!), with several more EPs and an increasingly busy tour schedule. Recently he has launched his own record label Mr. KS & Friends which has featured the likes of Adam Shelton & Senzala and has found the way into the record bags of Apollonia et al. We are keeping the formula, an open air vibe and state-of-the-art sound system, with a retractable roof just in case we can’t trust the English summer time! Capacity is limited to only 150 - we anticipate this being an all ticket event - please don’t delay. APWU. love x
