Barcelona just got a little bit hotter this June: We can now announce details of our RA by Night party during the Sonar Festival, an event that will feature Akufen, Jus-Ed, Thomas Brinkmann and Sound Stream.
We've lined up four esteemed veterans at the top of their game for our night at the centrally-located Boulevard Culture Club—the former home of Fellini. Akufen headlines, performing a rare live European date and previewing material from what we hope will be a forthcoming album under the legendary alias, while Thomas Brinkmann will undoubtedly bring the experimental funk ala his recent RA podcast. Connecticut deep house head Jus-Ed is promising house goodies from his latest compilation and Sound Stream will be performing Live.
Meanwhile, for those who want to go a bit more minimal, the B4 Bookings room will feature the likes of Lucio Aquilina (Cocoon, Wordless) playing live, Camea (Clink Records), Xpansul (Plus8, Delata), Okain (Quartz, Tsuba, BPitch Control) and Marc Marzenit (Paradigma).
With four legends, and a great location on the Ramblas for the event, we'd be lying if we said we weren't excited.
