Suite au succès de l’événement Equinox de l’année dernière, la Red Bull Music Academy et Never Apart collaborent à nouveau afin de présenter un marathon de musique house et techno suscitant autant la réflexion que la danse. Dans la cour de l’Usine C, la fête commencera par un programme double mettant en vedette l’experte du disco Jayda G et Courtesy, l’ancienne participante de l’Academy à la tête de l’étiquette Ectotherm, qui offrira sa première performance en sol canadien. Les visionnaires locaux de l’audiovisuel susy.technology créeront à nouveau un espace immersif afin de mettre en valeur les sélections d’UMFANG et Volvox (Discwoman), Borusiade (Cómeme) et une performance expérimentale live de l’Australienne Carla dal Forno. Derek Plaslaiko et Carlos Souffront termineront la soirée comme seuls ces vétérans d’Interdimensional Transmissions savent le faire, en offrant une performance DJ en continu.

Following the success of last year’s Equinox collaboration, Red Bull Music Academy and Never Apart join forces once again for a marathon of thought-provoking and incendiary house and techno. This edition will kick off the party in Usine Cs courtyard, pairing a return to disco connoisseur Jayda G’s homeland with the Canadian debut of Academy alumna and Ectotherm label head Courtesy. Local A/V visionaries susy.technology will again be creating an immersive space to showcase the sounds of Discwoman’s UMFANG & Volvox, Cómeme’s Borusiade and a special live set from Australian experimentalist Carla dal Forno. Derek Plaslaiko and Carlos Souffront will close out the night in a manner only the Interdimensional Transmissions veterans are capable of in a special extended back-to-back set.
