We got closer to the pier and the landscape from the bow was surprising and confused but perfect at the same time. The town with its houses one on the top of each other was trapped between the sea and the hill. The cold lights of the dawn made everything suggestive and magical, along with the smell the sea and of the metal of the ship. We had so many memories linked to that place, they were taking over our minds even if that wasn’t our first time there, ten years had passed by!
Finally the bridge get lowered, the engines turned on and we leave!
