In 2012 Liberation was brought to life by a predilection for African House music by its founder Soulroots. The lack of such an event in the Dutch dance scene manifested in the motivation to realize this one-of-a-kind event. The main goal of the organization is to create a platform that matches with the vision of the creator of Liberation. In the years that passed by Liberation invited a unique combination of international artists who have been influential for the success of African House. Over the years the sound has been making waves all over the world and continues to conquer dancefloors and hearts of people. With all the knowledge gathered over the years we decided to create LIBERATION MUSIC, founded in 2023, to push the sound even more.
We will select and handle our releases carefully and push it to the fullest of the potential and of course matching the vision of the original founder of Liberation, producer Soulroots. Expect African vocalists, producers and other worldwide talents on this label.
