- The Spanish duo's second album is due out next month on PoleGroup Recordings.
Spanish techno duo Exium have a new LP coming out next month called A Sensible Alternative To Emotion.
Exium have been busy refining their hard-edged techno style for well over a decade, with production and remix credits stretching across more than fifty total releases. They've also put out one full-length, Roots Of Time, on their own label Nheoma back in 2011. This sophomore effort will come via fellow Spaniard Oscar Mulero's PoleGroup Recordings. According to a press release, it will reveal "a new twist in their style, relaxing the frequencies and the tempos and departing from linear concepts." That means a heightened emphasis on more subdued and melodic passages, though fans can still expect some tough, floor-ready material as well. The album will be made available on 2xLP vinyl and digital formats.
