Ry X and Frank Wiedemann have booked David August, Dauwd and more for an open-air session north of Berlin on July 11th.
The first edition of Sacred Ground, a new festival put together by Howling, AKA Ry X and Frank Wiedemann, will take place outside Berlin on July 11th.
An open-air spot in Uckermark, a district located roughly 100km north of Berlin, will host the action. Nine DJs and live acts feature on the lineup, with David August, Dauwd and an appearance from Howling among the bigger confirmations. Other billings include a collaborative set from Kalbabrese and Rumpelorchester, a set by Adam Freeland and a solo performance from Ry X. Unlike most festivals, a timetable won't be made available in the lead-up to the event. "At Sacred Ground there is no fixed timetable for the performances," the press release explains. "Of course every artist will display their talent, but we are leaving space for collaboration, surprises and improvisation."
