Svreca's label will drop ten EPs featuring Regis, Surgeon, Varg and more beginning in March.
Semantica Records has announced the first in a series of tenth anniversary EPs.
The techno label run by Madrid-based producer Svreca (real name Enrique Mena) kicked off in 2006 and has released material by Vladislav Delay, Vril and Cio D' Or, to name a few, over its 40-plus record run. This year sees the release of ten celebratory EPs, for which Mena has compiled past highlights and new exclusives from Regis, E.R.P., Acronym, Abdulla Rashim, Stanislav Tolkachev, SHXCXCHCXSH and Oscar Mulero, plus other artists who have entered the Semantica sphere over the past ten years.
The first EP kicks off with "Rotary 3," a Donato Dozzy track that originally appeared on Svreca's 2013 mix for the label, For Your Eyes Only. Mod21, Skirt and Stanislav Tolkachev, who returns to the label following last year's RA-recommended EP, Walk Along The Bottom, round out the first instalment.
Semantica has also scheduled anniversary parties for this month beginning this weekend in Japan and moving to Madrid on March 18th. You can find information on those shows in the event listings below.
