- Andras Fox and Instant Pearson have collected ten Australian tracks from the '80s and '90s.
Andras Fox and Instant Pearson have curated the next Efficient Space compilation, Midnite Spares.
The young sub-label of Australia's Noise In My Head will follow up its July release with another collection of obscure and overlooked tracks, this time all sourced domestically. The two Melbourne artists, who co-host Strange Holiday on local community station Triple R, are known for their wide-ranging knowledge of antipodean music and have sourced ten avant-pop and electronic Australian songs from the 1980s and '90s.
The label says that the tracks "acknowledge a minor history, passed on via a network of friends, friends of friends, the libraries of radio station 3RRR and more often than not, the artists themselves." They'll be released on vinyl with an inlay and digital download card.
